This time, we’re heading to the iconic Zion National Park, a masterpiece of the American Southwest. With its soaring red rock formations, winding slot canyons, and breathtaking panoramic views, Zion’s trails are nothing short of spectacular. You’ll navigate technical terrain, ascend towering ridges, and run through landscapes that feel like another world.
 

This Camp isn’t just for elite runners—it’s for anyone eager to explore, improve, and experience the joy of trail running in one of nature’s greatest playgrounds. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, boost endurance, or simply soak in the beauty of Zion, this week promises an unforgettable adventure.

Mountain Lake Reflection

Schedule
 

DAY 1 (ARRIVAL)

Meet the team and leaders at the accommodation. We would like you to arrive by 12pm and you will then be introduced to the team and given the weekend plan.
 

14:00: Trail shoes on, water bottles filled and let's get ready to run. We’ll set the scene, get you ready for the trails and then there's no stopping us.

6-8 miles (easy shakeout run)

15:00: First run of the weekend - to help bring your legs back to life after traveling. A great opportunity for us to get to know each other better and gain a better understanding of the groups ability levels.

 

Post run we will have ice tubs, fire pit and other activities to engage in that'll help you recover for the next day.

DAY 2

All day ice baths available

10-Mile Run – Zion Canyon Scenic Drive & Pa’rus Trail

Highlights: Towering red rock cliffs, the Virgin River, and wildlife sightings.

Hydration Tip: There are water refill stations at the visitor center and Zion Lodge.​​​

Recovery & Snack at Deep Creek Coffee Co. in Springdale

Cool Down: Walk along the Virgin River near Zion Lodge and stretch.

Emerald Pools Hike (Easy to Moderate) (~3 miles round trip)

Scenery: Waterfalls, lush greenery, and stunning canyon views.
 

Post run yoga
Round the day off with ice tubs, fire pit and games

 

DAY 3

 All day ice baths available

10-Mile Trail Run – West Rim Trail (Top-Down Section)

Scenery: Panoramic views of Zion Canyon, high-elevation plateaus, and dramatic cliffs.

Difficulty: Moderate to strenuous (good mix of climbs and runnable terrain).

Alternative: If you prefer an easier route one of the run leads will be guiding this, the Kolob Canyons Road for breathtaking solitude.

The Narrows (Riverside Walk & Optional Water Trek)

Trail: Start at the Temple of Sinawava and walk the Riverside Walk (~2 miles round trip).

Option: If conditions allow, wade into The Narrows for an unforgettable slot canyon experience

Why? Great for active recovery with cool water and shaded canyon walls.

laid-back chill time, Camp Outpost Co. for great BBQ, live music and games.

Bonus: Stargazing

If energy allows, we will head to Kolob Terrace Road for stunning Milky Way views before heading out.

DAY 4

All day ice baths available

​

East Rim Trail to Observation Point (10 miles)​

Scenery: This high-elevation trail offers jaw-dropping views of Zion Canyon, far above Angels Landing.

Difficulty: Moderate to strenuous, with a mix of gradual inclines and runnable sections.

Alternative: If you prefer an easier route one of the run leads will be guiding this, the Anasazi Plateau Trail for desert views.

 

Kanarra Falls (Moderate, 4.5 miles round trip)

A stunning slot canyon with waterfalls and ladder climbs, offering a cool, adventurous send-off.

Chill time, Virgin River near Springdale to dip your feet in and unwind.

Snack Stop: FeelLove Coffee Zion – A cozy café for smoothies, acai bowls, and espresso before heading out.

DAY 5​​

​We will have your flight details at this point and have your transportation to the airport ready to go.
